Terence N. Brown is the founder of Rez Runner, a nonprofit on a mission to help individuals and families affected by addiction reclaim their health and purpose. After navigating his own journey of grief and loss, Terence turned to running as a form of therapy and soon realized it could become a vehicle for community healing. Through Rez Runner, he brings together people from all walks of life for physical activity, recovery support, and mental wellness education. A member of the Sycuan Band of the Kumeyaay Nation and proud father, Terence is passionate about breaking generational cycles and creating safe, healing spaces through movement.
